HOMS is what happens when a civil engineer with a PhD, a mathematical-finance master’s, an AI/ML practitioner, and a licensed BC realtor are the same person — working alongside a data-scientist co-founder. We read buildings differently. We model mortgages differently. We pick neighbourhoods differently.
